I think it's from the courier service sha. Cos my order will be marked as delivered and I didn't get anything, no calls, nothing.

And they've also not been meeting my expectations with my orders lately and when I complain, they don't give me the refund option. They keep askinge to return it, and why should I have to spend like three times the money I used to order something just to return it?

It's annoying sha
