<p>In a way if that they feel the only way to make you listen and truly apologize to sow some seee of guilt…. Like if you don’t want to listen then suffer from guilty conscience</p>

😂😭 Exactly! Sometimes it feels like the guilt is their way of making sure the message actually enters your head. Like, “If you won't listen to what I'm saying, let me make you feel it.” 😂 But honestly, understanding where it comes from doesn't mean we can't find healthier ways to communicate with each other. ❤️
