You are right, we must change family behavioral patterns.Sometimes we inherit things from our parents without even realizing how deeply they have shaped the way we think, love, communicate, and raise our own children.At some point, someone has to be brave enough to say, “This ends with me.” ❤️

Absolutely ❤️ Sometimes breaking those patterns takes courage, but recognizing them is already an important step. We may not be able to change what we inherited, but we can choose what we pass on.
