That line hit me.</p><p>NELFUND opens the door, but as you said, an open door into an underfunded building only takes you so far. Your tiger nut example is everything - 300 universities, thousands of final-year projects dying on shelves every year. We don't lack talent, we lack eyes to see commercial value.</p>
