<p>Sometimes you don’t need to have a perfect explanation for how you feel before you acknowledge that something isn’t right. 🥺</p><p>We can be surrounded by people, laugh, and still have an unexplained heaviness inside. I think giving yourself time and being patient with yourself is important too. ❤️</p>
