<p>This is great! But I am still wondering why I read two meanings to this.</p><p>First, it's how we are use to and how we have turned"I am fine," "I am okay" to reflex that we forget that we are losing ourselves.</p><p>Second, we do say "I am okay" because we want to please others even when we are hurt forgetting that it's normal to make our dissatisfaction known, it's normal not to please everyone, it's normal to say "no, I am not okay with this."</p><p>Whatever it's, both are conveying vital messages.....</p>
