<p>This is great meerhn! But I am reading two interpretation to this poem.. but I'll be going with the first which articulate the side effect of anxiety and this is evident in the poetic personae , who was determined to finish his enemy but anxiety take a good part of him, making him to succumb to defeat.</p><p>Relating this to real life situation, it became clear to me that anxiety has made us to succumb to many life challenges — "I will smash that interview, I must finish the project, I must get......</p>
