I love this! The truth is sometimes we become so focus on explaining why we have a certain way that we forget to consider how our actions can affect others.

Also our past experience shape is but they shouldn't become a free pass to treat people any how or hurt them all in the name of healing

Healing should help us understand ourselves better not make other people to suffer.

Beautifully written. Keep it up
