A lie I was plagued with.
<p><strong>Tell me a lie that the devil plagued you with for so long.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>For me; </p><p>It was everything about how I looked. Nothing enticed me about it. </p><p>My lips were too big, my nose weren’t portable enough, I looked like a guy, I didn’t like my skin tone, I felt I was ugly. I hated smiling, it feels off. I just wished everything was better. My shape. Maybe nobody would like me the way I was. </p><p><br/></p><p>But everything began to take a new shape when I began to see myself from the mirror of God’s word. The part we all know to be “I am fearfully and wonderfully made”, became more interesting when I saw it from another perspective. </p><p><img alt="" src="/media/inline_insight_image/880D768D-01EE-4B9D-9CAE-2127A31AA6CA.jpeg"/><br/></p><p>“I praise you because you made me in such a <strong>wonderful</strong> way. You could see my bones grow as my body took shape hidden in my mother’s womb.”</p><p>Psalm 139:14-15</p><p><br/></p><p>That was all the light I needed to shit the devil up. </p><p>It has never been the same. No regrets of why I was created the way I was. As a matter of fact, I love me more as the day passes by. </p><p>Oh dear! I mean, God did a thing on me! And the devil has been a bastard all these while. </p><p><img src="/media/inline_insight_image/AE90228F-95F5-4C96-9309-77DC4A1DEC39.jpeg"/><br/></p><p>So tell me, what’s that lie that the devil plagued you with for so long?</p>
