My beauty flares,
Betrothed to darkness.
But I flee, I succumb,
For my past was grievous.
Rode on chains,
Meant to cut me down.
I drown in the flood
Of my betrothed.
I breathe the fire of doom.
He's unmerciful,
Even to his betrothed.
I weep, I search.
He looks at me
With eyes that screamed
Doom. I quiver,
For this I wasn't made for.
He gazes at me,
It felt like chariots of men,
Who let their eyes of death
Fall on their prey.
Who am I?
That you waste such a sight on?
There are a thousand you should look
At, with those eyes of doom.
But a hand, white as snow,
Magnificent and marvelous,
I see, pointed towards me,
From my daunting lover.
He lifts me and lets me go,
And then,
I appeared in a field of blossoming
Flowers.
Think and tell me your thoughts, my generous fellas.
