I've always been the girl with a thousand bags of ideals. One for writing, one for poetry, one for ministry, one for cooking/ catering, one for videography, another for cinematography, for content creation and many more. I still am.

I know this is your shoe.

You are not wanting too much, you can do it all, just one at a time.

Let me ask you?

Out of everything you've desired, how much have you achieved earnestly? How much have you done?

Okay, I'll assume you've answered me.

How do you feel about it?

Did you go for the one you desired most? Out of passion? Or out of pressure?.

First of all I want you to accept this truth: Everything has its season and every season has its assignment.

You are not neglecting your gifts or desire, you are just parking some while you drive one.

What's for now?

Put the rest down in your " Later list".

Secondly : Choose a main mission + a mini mission .

I'll explain...

Your main mission is what should get 70% of your energy.

Your mini mission gets the remaining 30% for your free time, for weekends, leisure and rest days.

Thirdly: A monthly rotation plan cannot be over emphasized.

Life itself basically is about planning, and not planning is about failing.

Week 1

Week 2

Week 3

Week 4

This way nothing is neglected. Just scheduled ✨.

Fourthly: Creat a " I am still doing list" .

Personally I love the art of writing . There's power in writing things down!!.

Keep a listed title: THINGS I'M STILL GROWING IN, JUST NOT RIGHT NOW.

This keeps the consciousness/ reminder that you haven't quit, you are strategically planning yourself.

Lastly: Stay accountable.

To yourself or to someone. I'd like to share a story on accountability but with another insight.

Tell someone your plan, even your to-do list. They'll help you prioritize and break it down. You don't have to carry it all alone pookie ✨.

Even God didn't create the whole world in one day.

You are not behind, you are building and grinding slowly, purposefully.

Take your time.

Remember rest is part of strategy, not a sin, not laziness.

I love you Dear reader and I see you❤️.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
