Dysfunctional families;

In a time when many are craving for marriage, others are skipping out of it because of some dysfunctionalities in marriages. A dysfunctional family is one in which conflict and instabilities are common. In such a family, parents despise each other, abuse and neglect children.

Most people looking at this dysfunctionalities at a distance and say "being together and unhappy is better than being alone and happy." However, being alone is comforting but being together brings good returns according to Amos 3:3 and Ecc 4:9-12

Characteristics of a dysfunctional family

To overcome these dysfunctionalities, we must understand that there is no perfect person.

Therefore, each partner especially men must be flexible to making their home better. There should not be any form of secrecy.

π Background of the spouse (intruding parents, fighting parents)

2 Cor 13:11, Gal 6v2

Handling different opinions in marriage

1.
