<p><img alt="" src="/media/inline_insight_image/IMG_20260613_090018.jpg"/></p><p>I was in a lecture room receiving lecture one sunny afternoon. βοΈ</p><p>I attend AAUA, Akungba, so if you know Akungba, you already know that place and sunshine are best friends. π</p><p>Anyway, while the lecture was going on, I was bored.</p><p>I honestly can't tell if it was the lecturer's teaching that was boring or if I was just having one of those dull moments that day. Either way, I wasn't feeling it.</p><p>So I picked up my pen and started writing on the desk.</p><p>What was I writing?</p><p>"DMY."</p><p>I don't even know. I just really like the name. π</p><p>And if I tell you guys how I actually got the name, some of you might be a little surprised. That's a story for another day though.</p><p>After writing that, I still wasn't comfortable.</p><p>So I picked up my phone to check the time. I turned on my phone, saw my wallpaper... and somehow, I decided to start drawing it.</p><p>I would love to say I had some deep artistic inspiration, but honestly, I just felt like doing something with the pen in my hand. π</p><p>And before anyone asks, I wasn't ignoring the lecture because I didn't want to write. I actually bought the materials for the course and had already jotted down what I needed, so at that point, there wasn't really anything else for me to write.</p><p>So I sha started drawing my wallpaper.</p><p>Painfully, I can't find that wallpaper again. I would have posted it here too so you guys could compare the original with the drawing and rate me properly. π</p><p>And normally, I don't really draw with a pen.</p><p>I've drawn with a pen before and the drawing actually came out nice... until I got to the hand and somehow the hand decided to destroy the whole family tree. π</p><p>The annoying thing about drawing with a pen is that once you've made a mistake, there's no going back. You can't just erase it and pretend it never happened.</p><p>But surprisingly, this one came out pretty cool.</p><p>I didn't make that one mistake that would make me wish I was using a pencil. π</p><p>Eventually, the lecture period ended. I packed my things, went home and called it a day.</p><p>Tried for the day. π</p><p>Now, don't ask me whether I understood or actually grasped anything from that lecture...</p><p>Only me and God know wetin happened in that classroom. π</p>

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate contentβuse it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio contentβhigh-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover imagesβif your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Contributor Rankings

— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
