GRIEF

Among the quiet things grief teaches, one stands out;

There is no single way to carry loss!

Some people break in public, their pain are loud and immediate, while others hold it together so well you would think nothing has happened.

But both are grieving, just in different languages.

⭐

For those who cry, who let it spill out in waves, there is a kind of release in that honesty.

It doesn’t make the loss smaller, but it gives the pain somewhere to go.

It is not weakness, it is expression.

⭐🕊️

For those who remain composed, who stay “strong” and controlled, it is often not strength but postponement.

Their grief is quieter, slower, and sometimes harder to recognize, even to themselves.

⭐🦅

And over time, what is not expressed has a way of resurfacing.

It returns in unexpected moments, in heaviness, in withdrawal, in emotions that feel misplaced. Because grief, when ignored, does not fade, it waits.

🌟

So maybe the real lesson is this:

Grief is not about how it appears, but how it is allowed to move.

Whether loud or silent, it must be felt, or it will find its own way to be heard.
