It's been months. Since like June? I think? — the kind of months that blur together and leave the notebook closed on the desk. Life got loud, the pen got quiet, and somewhere in between I forgot how good it feels to put words down. But I'm back. Starting small, the way I think we should.

Dust on the notebook —

a page turns for the first time

in a long season

Quiet pen wakes up —

ink remembers how to flow

after all this time

Words waiting like seeds —

one small line breaks the silence

I am here again

No grand announcement, just a few haikus and a promise to show up more often. I've missed reading everyone's work and the quiet company of people who understand why we do this. It's good to be writing again, and good to be back among people who get it. 🌿

PS: I desperately need ice cream or I might go crazyyyyy. Sighhh
