JUST DO IT.
<p>Fear is a feeling that makes the future feel more real than the present. Nothing may have happened yet, yet the mind has already imagined every possible disaster.</p><p> Your heart races, your thoughts become louder, and suddenly uncertainty feels like a threat.</p><p><br/></p><p>I think the frightening thing about fear isn't always what we're afraid of. It is the realization that we cannot control what happens next. </p><p>We want guarantees before we take a step, certainty before we make a decision, and safety before we allow ourselves to live. But life rarely offers any of those things.</p><p><br/></p><p>Jack Canfield said, “Everything you want is on the other side of fear.” And I think fear is a trial we must face to get what we want. It isn't an excuse for us to come to a standstill. It serves as the impetus to step up and strike. </p><p>As Tom Bilyeu said, “Action eliminates fear."</p><p><br/></p><p>Seneca offered a different perspective: He said, “We suffer more often in imagination than in reality.” </p><p>I guess to him, fear is a fantasy in the thoughts of man. The mind builds prisons out of things that haven't even happened to prevent man from getting what he wants.</p><p><br/></p><p>Maybe that's what courage really is; not the absence of fear, but moving while fear is still there. To feel your hands tremble and still reach forward. To be uncertain and still choose. To acknowledge that you are afraid without allowing fear to become the author of your life.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fear will always be present but ACTION ALWAYS ELIMINATE FEAR.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
