Not Everyone Deserves Access to Your Vulnerability

Hi Soul Anchor 🕊️

There comes a point in your journey where you realize that your vulnerability is not something to be handed out carelessly. Your heart, your fears, your wounds, your hopes, these are sacred spaces, and not everyone has earned the right to enter them.

Some people only want to know your struggles out of curiosity, not compassion. Some want your openness for entertainment, not understanding. And some simply cannot carry what you share because their emotional capacity is not aligned with your depth.

I’ve come to understand that vulnerability is beautiful, but only when offered in the right soil. When you open up to the wrong people, you end up feeling exposed, misunderstood, or even weaponized. But when you share with the right hearts, those who listen, honour, and hold space for your truth, vulnerability becomes healing.

Guarding your heart doesn’t make you closed-off. It makes you wise. Discernment is knowing who deserves your truth and who only deserves your silence. You don’t owe everyone an explanation, and you don’t need permission to protect your inner world.

Remember this: your vulnerability is a gift, not a public display. Let people earn access to the deepest parts of you. Share where trust is proven, love is genuine, and honour is mutual.

I’m rooting for you, and Jesus is rooting even harder for you.

I remain,

Abbas_Comforted🌿
