Hi Soul Anchor 🕊️

There's something I'd like to share with you today....

There’s a huge difference between pride and confidence.

I was sitting on the top floor of a house, watching the street below. My attention was drawn to two ladies.

One was well-dressed, holding an expensive phone, and seemed “normal” enough. The other appeared a bit untidy, but what struck me wasn’t her appearance, it was how desperately she tried to win the approval of the first lady. She endured hurtful words, overlooked insults, and even tolerated being shouted at publicly just to remain close. I could sense her only desire was to be accepted.

Then came another young lady, walking past. She wasn’t dressed any better, certainly not as polished as the first, but she carried herself differently. When the “posh” lady tried to speak to her in a condescending manner, she stood tall, her composure radiating quiet confidence. She sent out a clear message: “You can’t talk to me just anyhow.”

In that moment, I saw the contrast between two worlds. One was clinging desperately, losing herself in the process, while the other stood grounded, refusing to be diminished.

The world might mislabel that as pride, but it isn’t. It is confidence, knowing your worth, standing your ground, and refusing to shrink just to be accepted. When you constantly bend yourself to fit into others’ approval, you risk dying to your true essence, living only as a shadow trailing after others.

I'm rooting for you but Jesus is rooting even harder for you.

I remain,

Abbas_Comforted

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
