Have you ever stopped to wonder about those times when life felt overwhelming and almost unbearable; when every door seemed shut and it felt as though nothing was working out at and then, before you knew it, one way or another, you overcame them?

Looking back to 2025, I realized I've had my share of these moments. Times when nothing seemed to work out, when circumstances went completely haywire, and the world felt upside down. There were days I genuinely felt like life wasn’t worth living. Yet somehow, in the end, there was always a turnaround.

I can’t explain exactly how it happened, nor can I specifically say, “this is how I got out of it” or “this is the secret to thrive.” Sometimes it happened when I stopped paying attention. Other times, it came when I had grown tired of anticipating. Quietly and swiftly — like the wind; the change came unnoticed.

There were days when the challenges I faced were not minor ones, but the kind that pushed me to the point of giving up. Despite all these odds, everything eventually fell into its rightful place. Going through these trials and turbulent times and coming out unscarred, unbroken, and not stripped of purpose was a blessing; a miracle in disguise.

The truth is, we often forget these moments and move on with life as if they meant nothing. I’m not saying one should sit all day thinking about the past, but these moments shouldn’t go unrecorded either. Expressing gratitude helps us recognize God; not just for survival, but for life itself and our reason for living.

Your experiences might be different. You might not have faced difficult challenges. Instead, you might have received unmerited favor in circles you never imagined, or had things work out for you with little or no stress. All of these moments deserve recognition and shouldn’t go unappreciated.

You don’t have to wait until something massive happens before becoming grateful. All it takes is to pause and recount your blessings. In doing so, you’ll see more reasons to be grateful, and you'll see how far you’ve come. Count your blessings, record your wins, and track your achievements no matter how small they seem. When you do, you’ll see that they outweigh your losses.

Underrated blessings aren’t the ones that arrive when you anticipate them. Instead, they come unnoticed and subtle in action. They don’t arrive in a grand way, nor do they announce their presence, yet their impact lasts far longer than we realize. Underrated blessings are those quiet things we experienced daily but fail to recognize, let alone appreciate. They may not look grand, or come in a loud way yet they carry deep value even the ones that kept our lives going.

A quiet note to myself: written in reflection of 2025 — a year that didn’t break me, even when it tried. Remember this when gratitude feels hard.
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
