I coordinate the day-to-day operations of the organization @ Greenport Nigeria
Ifo, Nigeria
I built a career as an HR professional for over 20 years and as an agro-entrepreneur for almost 20 years now. In addition, I have a post-graduate diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management; I'm an ILO-SIYB certified trainer; and an ISO-certified lead auditor in two international quality systems, namely, ISO-9001:2015 (Quality Management System - QMS) and ISO-22001:2008 (Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
I volunteer as a trainer/facilitator and mentor, etc, to reputable organizations, local and international. They include: FATE Foundation, NECA's Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW) - where I currently serve as the chairperson of the Governing Council, Cherie Blair Foundation, HerVest Nigeria, Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry - where I served for two years as the chairperson of the Agriculture & Agro-Allied Group, Lady Ranchers Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd - where I currently serve as the General Secretary, and African Farmers Stories Initiative - where I currently serve on the Board. All these positions have provided me with the opportunity to positively impact thousands of people in their careers and businesses. I am happily married to Pastor Eno Akpabio and we have 3 lovely children and grandchildren.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
