<p>Does every development in africa come with something to lose.</p><p><br></p><p>Colonialism puts Africa's culture in detriment. We are conditioned to see colonial culture, language as superior to ours. In Nigeria, we now gauge intelligence base on how well someone speak English language. </p><p><br></p><p>Our tradition religions are treated as evil and barbaric, while foreign religion is termed divine</p><p><br></p><p>Maybe this is why the idea of development sometimes makes me uncomfortable </p><p><br></p><p>Does every form of development in africa have to come with something we lose</p>
