<p>Hi family. During a conversation with one of my old friends today, we were talking about being happy always. I was telling him that the joy form within us is what we need to push through life. And he said what if there is no happiness in me?. I asked him, do you think happiness exist naturally?. </p><p>I want to throw the same question to you family. " Is happiness a natural thing or something each individual create?</p>
