<p>Ealo🥺</p><p>Thanks for calming down to understand this thing called suicide thoughts.</p><p>Sincerely, speaking up is one thing many of us won't do cuz, the society will ask you if you're the only one going through alot they won't even sit down to hear you out or feel your pain.</p><p>Our African parents too are not making it easy at all. They literally made us more quiet which has really affected us alot.</p><p>I'm suicidal I won't lie about this now and I usually feel that's just the best way to end it all</p>

If you're suicidal, try being around people you love more and don't engage it so you can dull the voices.

Have close people you can share your pain with too.
