<p>I hate that sentence "People have it worse than you"... And unfortunately, people say it often. Maybe some mean well, thinking they're encouraging the person they're advising, but then noone wants to hear that when they're telling you about their problems...</p><p>Also, you're right, people have made sharing mental health problems both online and offline a challenge... People need to be more supportive.</p>
