<p>This chapter was heavy. 🥺❤️ Alice’s questions about God, her dad, her mother and everything she has lost really made her pain feel so real. I especially liked the cafeteria scene because that conversation didn’t magically fix anything; if anything, it left her with even more questions. And that final “Maybe I really don’t deserve happiness” hurts because you can see how much she has started believing the pain. I’m definitely curious to see what happens next.</p>
