I love that you didn’t diminish a mother’s love just to celebrate your father; you simply made room to acknowledge the fathers who show up, sacrifice and quietly carry so much for their children too. And that part about your father teaching you not to doubt him because he always finds a way through God? That says so much about the kind of trust his actions have built.
