<p>I think the most important part here is the frustration with how public institutions are supposed to function versus how they sometimes operate in practice.</p><p>But I would be careful about the conclusion that violence is the only way to achieve change.</p><p>Violence can end up hurting the very people who want a better country, while those in power find ways to protect themselves.</p>
