<p>Don't forget that the first pregnancy in Rh-incompatible pregnancies is usually unaffected. But consequent pregnancies has a tendency of harming the foetus,a condition called haemolytic disease of the newborn (erythroblastosis fetalis)</p><p>Which is very dangerous,and can cause the death of the foetus.</p><p>So yes,as much as ABO blood group is important,the RH factor is also very important</p>
