<p>Sadly, only few people are emotionally intelligent.</p><p>I particularly love the empathy part. You can see clearly that someone is struggling with weight or skin issues but you still make a joke out of their insecurities in the name of being loud mouthed would never make sense to me.</p><p>Self awareness also hit the target for me. Recognizing who you are, your mood, your tone an taking charge of yourself to avoid pouring frustration on another person.</p><p>This is a much needed conversation.</p>
