What it's means to be intelligent emotionally....
1. Self-awareness. This is noticing what you feel and why. Someone with strong self-awareness can say, "I'm irritable because I'm tired and worried," instead of simply snapping at the next person who speaks to them. Naming a feeling accurately is the first step to managing it.
2. Self-regulation. This is the ability to pause between a feeling and an action. It does not mean suppressing emotion. It means choosing a response, such as taking a breath before replying to an angry message, instead of letting the first impulse take over.
3. Motivation. Emotionally intelligent people tend to be driven by purpose and growth rather than only by reward or approval. They keep going after setbacks because they can tolerate discomfort and keep their goals in view.
4. Empathy. Empathy is sensing what another person feels and understanding their perspective, even when you disagree. It involves listening closely, noticing tone and body language, and responding with care instead of judgment.
5. Social skills. These are the practical tools of relationships: clear communication, conflict resolution, persuasion, collaboration, and building trust. They are empathy and self-regulation put into action.
So in aspect of life be intelligent emotionally
