<p>Overthinking is a thief.</p><p>It steals your peace.</p><p>It steals your confidence.</p><p>It even steals time when you keep overthinking something that should be done.</p><p>Not everything needs to be over thought but the mind doesn't seem to understand that.</p><p>I overthink and still make mistakes.</p><p>It is something I really need to put a stop to and that requires training of the mind.</p><p>Well done dear ❤️</p>
