<p>Thank you for this</p><p>The society we live in is just a messed up</p><p>The just judge people's actions without caring to ask what really led to it.</p><p>I haven't had suicidal thoughts but I know what it feels like</p><p>The quiet ones are usually the ones carrying things in them.</p><p>Suicide isn't cowardice, they just feel like there's no way around their situation</p><p>African parents aren't helping matters also. You can sit down and confide in them without getting judged or blamed</p>

Not just the quiet ones, sometimes the loud ones with contagious smiles and energy are battling with a whole lot

Using the loudness as a coping mechanism
