Better Life

A Better Life

I dream of a life

Where my heart can finally breathe,

Where the tears I cried in silence

Become memories I no longer need.

A life where I wake up smiling,

Not fighting battles no one sees,

Where my dreams are no longer distant,

But slowly becoming realities.

I know the road may not be easy,

And some days, I may lose my way,

But every step I take in darkness

Brings me closer to a brighter day.

I am not asking for a perfect life,

Just a life filled with meaning and peace,

A chance to grow beyond my struggles,

And watch my worries slowly cease.

So I will keep believing,

Even when hope feels small,

Because a better life is waiting—

And I will not stop until I find it all.

Perhaps my story isn't beautiful yet,

Perhaps I'm still becoming who I'm meant to be,

But one day, I'll look back and whisper,

"I made it. I became free."
