<p><br/></p><p>Not “beware” in a way that means you should be extra careful of yourself, but “beware” in a way that means you should be aware of your strengths, weaknesses, heart, and potential.</p><p>— Nimat, 2026</p><p><br/></p><p>That brings us to Day 2 of The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.</p><p><br/></p><p>Ask yourself this:</p><p>Do you have a sense of direction?</p><p>Just like trying to find yourself on a map, you must know where you are to make reaching your destination easier to navigate.</p><p>When you desire growth but don't know yourself in many ways, you can get stuck in time and fail to reach your full potential.</p><p><br/></p><p>We have different kinds of people, but let's look at these three:</p><p>1. PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT</p><p>They tend to doubt, drift, and delay. They lack a strong sense of purpose, which makes it difficult for them to reach their full potential.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT BUT DON'T DO IT</p><p>From procrastination to fear and trying to be perfect, no matter what the reason is, they don't reach their full potential.</p><p><br/></p><p>3. PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT AND DO IT</p><p>Focus. Passion. Audacity.</p><p>These qualities embody them. They grow in areas that bring them closer to their purpose. Fulfilled is the word for them.</p><p>You have to know who you are in order to pay attention to your passion.</p><p><br/></p><p>Here are 7 questions you might want to answer in your free time:</p><p><br/></p><p>1. Do you like what you are doing now?</p><p>At least, if you are not enjoying what you do for a living, take the time to understand why.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. What would you like to do?</p><p>When you put your passion into what you do, you experience the E & E factor — Excellence and Energy.</p><p><br/></p><p>3. Can you do what you like to do?</p><p>You must have some kind of interest in learning if the desire you have is going to match the abilities you possess.</p><p><br/></p><p>4. Why do you want to do what you'd like to do?</p><p>Motive gives you inner strength.</p><p><br/></p><p>5. Do you know what to do so you can do what you want to do?</p><p>You cannot win if you don't begin.</p><p>TAKE ACTION.</p><p><br/></p><p>6. Do you know people who do what you like to do?</p><p>Find people who are already where you want to be. Get role models. Learn from them. Pay people for their time and knowledge when necessary.</p><p><br/></p><p>7. Will you pay the price to do what you want?</p><p>Have fun. Dig deep. Stretch yourself.</p><p>You owe it to yourself to make your days count.</p>

For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.

The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.

Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
