Colour Complications
<p>I'm a green and purple gradient. </p><p><br/></p><p>two colours, simple, no compromise, no mix? </p><p><br/></p><p>I stood at my reflection and stared into my colours,</p><p>Yellow and blue made my green</p><p>A punch of red made my purple</p><p>So I'm a red, yellow, and blue mix, then a green and purple gradient.</p><p><br/></p><p>I stared into the looking glass more, </p><p>There was pigment, my green felt bright, my purple felt dark.</p><p>The mystery of black and white made the lightings of my colour collage.</p><p>So I'm a white and black pigmentation of red, yellow, and blue mix, then a green and purple gradient.</p><p><br/></p><p>I thought I knew, that's all right?</p><p><br/></p><p>My mother likened my white to the clouds,</p><p>My father said the black was as crude as earthen oil,</p><p>A man told me my red was more of wine,</p><p>Another woman said my yellow looked like the sun,</p><p>A child said my blue was as deep as the sea,</p><p>A friend called me leafy green, and the one I loved called my purple magenta.</p><p><br/></p><p>So really what am I?</p><p>What shall I call myself?</p><p>Colours are not always as they seem but how they are displayed.</p><p><br/></p><p>My colours are my life, so I'll carry whatever shade, royal or sky, crimson or wine, dark or bright...</p><p><br/></p><p>I, therefore, live.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
