I’m hungry!”</p><p><br/></p><p>We’d freeze.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d immediately look away, trying to hide my embarrassment while you’d simply chuckle.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’d wink at me before walking out to attend to the kids.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d sit there, blushing like a teenager.</p><p><br/></p><p>Later, you’d come back and casually tell me,</p><p><br/></p><p>“Get dressed. We’re going out.”</p><p><br/></p><p>First, we’d drop the kids off at their grandmother’s.</p><p><br/></p><p>Because, obviously, mummy and daddy needed some time alone. 😌</p><p><br/></p><p>Once we were finally alone, you’d drive me to a car dealership.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d look at you, confused.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’d smile.</p><p><br/></p><p>“Go on. Pick whichever one you want.”</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d stare at you like you’d lost your mind.</p><p><br/></p><p>Then I’d see it.</p><p><br/></p><p>A gorgeous Mercedes-Benz G-Class.</p><p><br/></p><p>My eyes would light up.</p><p><br/></p><p>“That one.”</p><p><br/></p><p>You’d laugh, shake your head, and pay for it like it was nothing.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d practically jump into the car, ridiculously happy.</p><p><br/></p><p>On our way home, I’d look at you with the biggest smile.</p><p><br/></p><p>“Thank you so much, hubby.
