I HOPE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE 😞!!!
<p>I dream of a family well knitted together....a home filled with laughter.... mothers playing with their children.....fathers having a heart to heart talk with their kids..... siblings looking out for each other...</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>But then I wake up to the direct opposite....</p><p><br/></p><p>"Oh!! It was just a dream"..</p><p><br/></p><p>An illusion of what will never happen...</p><p><br/></p><p>This leaves me asking.."I hope I'm not the only one"😞...</p><p><br/></p><p>I live in a house where the statement "I love you" has never been uttered by anyone... Where hugs and kisses are regarded as a strange and ungodly behavior....</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Three grown-up girls within the age gap of 18-24 are being treated like kids aged 7-13....</p><p><br/></p><p>Always locked up.....</p><p><br/></p><p>Always reprimanded when seen around the opposite sex.....</p><p><br/></p><p>Outfits must be chosen by the parents....</p><p><br/></p><p>You don't have a say even partaining to your own life....</p><p><br/></p><p>You can't even have friends,....</p><p><br/></p><p>Me celebrating someone by giving a shout-out to them on my social media handles is prohibited......</p><p><br/></p><p>Please.... I hope I'm not the only one 🥺.....</p><p><br/></p><p>Always scared of inviting someone over to see me, I can't even visit anyone....</p><p><br/></p><p>Now guess what!!! I can't hold a proper conversation with someone for more than 5mins..... I can't walk up to someone and compliment what I see and like.... I can't even greet someone I know when I'm walking with either of my parents..... I can't be confident in what I'm wearing because they always look down on me..... I can't contribute a very important idea for the fear of being shut up by them..... I can't even sit down and have a proper conversation with them....</p><p><br/></p><p>I need to know if this is what Proverbs 22:6 meant by 'train up a child in the way he should go: so that when he is old, he will not depart from him'????</p><p><br/></p><p>Please I need someone to tell me that they understand before I lose it!!!!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>I hope I'm not the only one????😢🥺🥺😞</p>
