We need to talk about the dopamine hit that is currently ruining my life.I’m standing in my kitchen, staring at a screen, waiting for a three-dot bubble that takes three business days to appear. Objectively, I know the math isn't mathing. Subjectively? He is so aggressively my exact type and so devastatingly fine that my common sense has completely left the chat.We met where all modern chaotic romances begin: Instagram. He slid into my DMs, and it was over for me. Visually, he is a 10/10. He’s the kind of handsome that makes you forget how to form proper sentences. But behaviorally? He is a walking, talking, beautifully sculpted red flag. The Inconsistency Is the Plot our entire dynamic is a masterclass in intermittent reinforcement. He takes absolute ages to reply to my messages. I’ll send a text, live a whole life, get a promotion, go through two seasonal changes, and then boom he pops back up like nothing happened with a "Hey stranger" or a voice note that sounds entirely too smooth to stay mad at.It ’s an emotional rollercoaster, and somehow, I bought a season pass. When he’s tuned in, the chemistry is off the charts. It’s spicy, it’s interesting, and it keeps me hooked. When he’s ghosting, I’m left analyzing his follower count and wondering why I let a man with premium bone structure completely disrupt my peace of mind. The Ultimate Plot TwistJust when I am about to delete the thread, archive the chat, and reclaim my dignity, he drops the ultimate bombshell: he wants me to be his girl.Suddenly , the boy who couldn't manage a timely text message wants to manage a whole relationship. My brain is screaming that a relationship with an inconsistent man is just an official contract for consistent heartbreak. But my heart? My heart is looking at his latest selfie thinking, “Maybe I can fix him.” (Spoiler alert: I cannot).I am officially in deep with a red flag, and the worst part is, the color looks kind of great on him.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
