There are so many ways to tell this story,

But today, I’m calling out my 9-to-5ers —yes, you!

You, the master of last-minute miracles, the adrenaline junkie who swears they hate pressure, yet somehow, pressure is the only way you function. You see, I didn’t even realize it at first. But slowly, like a bad habit or Jollof rice at a party.

I had developed a taste for chaos, I had told myself, "I work best under pressure." but my brain didn't get the memo, I don't think it's a gift, it’s a condition, I might be wrong who knows.

Let me paint you a scenario:

Ever met those people who wait till the last minute? Not because they’re busy, oh no, but because somehow, they like the thrill. Well, Caught a friend of mine three times this week—busted.

First, a sluggish prep for an interview—dragging his feet, until the dying minute when he became a beast. Second, a contest—ignored till the deadline, then suddenly, he was the lord of the rings. Third, a sales activation plan for a friend he had slept on it until the clock screamed at him, and then boom! Genius mode activated.

It hit me—this is not new, we’ve been trained for this, remember waiting till Monday morning, to wash and iron school uniforms—at 6:59 AM? Writing assignments during morning devotion? Reading an entire semester’s work in two days? See ehn, this is not "go hard or go home." This is living on the edge—and we? We have perfected it.

Funny? Maybe.

Dangerous? Definitely.

But here we are, sipping stress like fine wine.

Maybe it’s time we detox.

Or maybe… just maybe…

We love the chaos a little too much.

Well as for me, I left the party a long time ago to return no more.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
