So… it’s my birthday 🥹

And I won’t lie, this year was A LOTTT. 😂

Like, if I sit down and actually think about everything that happened, I’ll just start laughing because what else am I supposed to do? 😭

I went through things I didn’t expect. Had days where I was genuinely tired, confused, broke 😭, stressed, overthinking absolutely everything and asking myself, “God abeg, what is happening?” 😂

There were moments I felt stuck. Moments I questioned myself. Moments I wanted certain things so badly and they just weren’t happening. There were plans that didn’t work out, people who came and went, disappointments, little heartbreaks, lessons I definitely did NOT ask for and character development that could honestly have waited. 😭

But somehow, I’m still here.

And that is enough reason to be grateful.

I’m grateful for life. For waking up every morning. For my family. For the people who genuinely care about me. For the friends who have listened to my nonsense and still stayed 😂. For the people who checked on me, encouraged me, prayed for me, supported me and made some days easier without even knowing it.

I’m grateful for every little win too. The ones that looked small to everybody else but meant a lot to me. The things I prayed about and eventually got. The things I’m still praying for. The opportunities I got. The lessons I learned. The mistakes I made and survived. Even the embarrassing moments… well, I’m grateful I can laugh about them now. 😭

Most importantly, I’m grateful to Allah.

For keeping me. For protecting me in ways I probably don’t even know about. For answering prayers I remember making and prayers I probably forgot I made. For giving me strength on days I didn’t feel strong at all. And for reminding me that not everything has to happen when I want it to.

This year taught me that growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s just realizing that you handle things differently now. Sometimes it’s choosing yourself. Sometimes it’s letting go. Sometimes it’s simply getting out of bed, doing what you can and trusting Allah with the rest.

And now… bye to this chapter. 👋🏽😂

Thank you for the memories, the tears, the laughs, the lessons, the plot twists, and the unexpected blessings

I’m walking into this new chapter with a softer heart, bigger dreams, more faith and hopefully… less stress abeg. 😂

I don’t know exactly what this new year will bring, but I’m excited to find out.

Here’s to becoming more of the person I’m meant to be, loving harder, laughing more, growing at my own pace, making more memories and trusting Allah through it all.

And to be very honest,I thought today will just be a random day,

Buh my people show up for me

Guys I crieddddd 😭♥️, but tears of joy tho.

Happy birthday to me. 🥹❤️

New chapter begins now.

And God, please… let this one be sweet 😭🤲🏽
