<p>I don't even know what is wrong with you, You are just a broke girl that's full of pride" </p><p>Those were the words that were said to me by someone who was so used to eye service and in my case I couldn't even pretend to like him just to keep my job .</p><p><br/></p><p>90% of the world loves performative love</p><p>Yes you heard me right, performative love </p><p>And many more love to do performative love.</p><p><br/></p><p>In marriage, in the corporate world, in friendship, so many people don't genuinely love.</p><p><br/></p><p>In the corporate world most especially, it's known as "office politics"</p><p>You don't like your boss but you have to put a whole lot of eye services, several pretence so that when it's time for good remarks and all, you'll be given accolades or promoted and quite unfortunately it has worked over the years.</p><p><br/></p><p>You don't like that person's existence but you've been advised to do "eye service" so you can get what you want.</p><p><br/></p><p>And for someone who can't pretend to save her life, I have actually suffered a lot for it.</p><p><br/></p><p>If I don't like you, I'll try as much as possible to be civil but you'll know I don't fancy your presence </p><p><br/></p><p>If you're my boss, my good behaviour and good work should speak for me cause I won't kiss your ass and trust me I got several punishments for it because my face talked even before my mouth.</p><p><br/></p><p>Performative love is so scary in my opinion, show me you want something from me, show me you don't really like me and trust me I'll value you</p><p><br/></p><p>I don't know much but can we tune down on the</p><p> performative love? </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
