THE CUP THAT OUTLIVED ITS COLLEAGUES π₯€π

I don't know what my mum bought those cups with, but I'm beginning to suspect she had access to some classified technology. π

When I was little, my mum bought three small plastic cups. If my memory serves me right, they were red, blue, and green. I can't remember the exact price she paid for them, but I can tell you one thing: those cups have given us value for money!

We shared them among ourselves, and life went on. We drank water with them, used them as children do, and probably dropped them more times than we could count.

After all, what do you expect from children? We weren't exactly handling those cups like precious antiques. π

But here's where the story gets interesting.

As time went on, some of the cups broke. One after another, they began to retire from service. I don't know whether they were tired of the job or simply couldn't withstand the pressure anymore.

But mine?

MY CUP IS STILL ALIVE! ππ

Yes, the same little plastic cup from my childhood!

It has fallen several times, yet it refuses to break. At this point, I don't even know whether to call it durable or stubborn. Perhaps the cup has made a personal decision to remain with me for as long as possible.

Think about it. Some of the things we bought recently haven't lasted half as long as this little cup. Yet, here it is, carrying memories from my childhood into the present.

The funny thing is that when my mum bought those cups, I doubt any of us imagined that one of them would become a survivor worth remembering years later.

It wasn't expensive jewellery. It wasn't a fancy gadget. It wasn't even something we considered particularly special at the time.

It was just a small plastic cup.

But time has given it a story.

Whenever I remember those cups, I remember how we shared them as children. I remember that there were three of them, and I remember how, somehow, mine managed to outlive some of its colleagues.

I may not remember everything about my childhood, but this cup has somehow secured its place in my memory.

And if the people who made it are reading this, I have a question for you:

WHAT EXACTLY DID YOU MAKE THIS CUP WITH? ππ₯€

Because I need to understand how a little plastic cup has survived all these years while other cups have long gone into retirement.

Dear cup, you've done well. You've served me faithfully, survived countless falls, and given me a childhood memory I can still smile about.

You may be small, but your legacy is enormous.

And to think that all you had to do was hold water!

Some products don't need to be expensive to become unforgettable. Sometimes, they just need to last long enough to become part of your story. π
