The Diet
<p><br/></p><p>The diet I eat determines the disease I have </p><p> feeding my mind on negative thoughts tends to shrink my facial expression </p><p>I get old quicker cause of the words I believe in </p><p>Listening to the voices that says I'm not enough makes my ear itch </p><p>Eating stale information and digesting it makes my stomach rumble</p><p></p><p>But then when I smile I tend to look younger than my age</p><p>When I laugh my lungs are being exercised </p><p>When I listen to positive things my ears widen to listen rapidly </p><p>When I hear a positive voice speaking to my inner man my stomach tends to rejoice (<em>Butterflies doing the most in my belly)</em></p><p></p><p>I came to a conclusion that is whatever I feed my body with that portrays the kind of person I am</p><p></p><p>The diet I eat determines the disease I'll have </p><p>And the diet I don't eat determines the disease I won't have </p><p></p><p>Life is simple when you know the principles and how to navigate...</p><p>Is a new year why don't we change our narratives and feed our bodies,our minds, our thoughts with the right Diet </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
