Before I begin, I would like to state that these are my opinions, and that it's perfectly ok if yours is different. Just in case you're a sensitive person.

‎Now, I would like to begin by saying that production industries need to STOP making movie adaptations.

‎You know what, let's just get down to it 😂

‎

‎The love hypothesis is a light romance novel by Ali Hazelwood. The book is centered around a post graduate student and a strict professor who pretend to date for each of their personal gains.

‎Now, I have my issues with the book.

‎One of them will be that the author made the female main character (post grad) a little bit disgusting. She had such low self esteem, it was painful to read.

‎You would expect that she'd undergo a character development of some sort by the end of the book, except we didn't see any.

‎The book had twenty freaking two chapters and she was still struggling with low self esteem at chapter eighteen.

‎This was almost a reason to DNF the book, but I would admit that it was somewhat cute and had me giggling sometimes. I'd give it a 7/10

‎

‎Now my problem gan gan is with the movie ðŸ˜

‎I completely ruined my day by watching the movie this morning.

‎They completely STRIPPED the professor of his personality. It felt l was watching Jenna Ortega play Wednesday.

‎The professor written by the author was strict, had a reputation for making students cry because of his reviews, but he was also funny as hell and he wasn't as awkward as they made it look in the movie.

‎Also, I didn't notice the transitioning from friends to lovers in the movie. One minute they are having weird and awkward conversations, the next they are having hot sex. It got me screaming "from where to where" ðŸ˜

‎I'm going to be fair and give them a little credit for the casting. 6/10 maybe.

‎But asides that, I think the movie was trash.

‎

‎Will you be trying out the book or the movie?

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
