People always said I was an overthinker. My friends would laugh and tell me I noticed things that didn’t even matter. Maybe they were right… but I couldn’t help it.

There was this new boy in our class called Daniel. On his first day, everyone liked him. He was funny, loud, and always had something to say. Honestly, he looked like the happiest person in school.

But I started noticing little things. Whenever the teacher called his name, he would tap his fingers really fast under the desk. Sometimes his smile disappeared for just a second before he put it back on again. It was like he was wearing a mask.

One day, Daniel didn’t come to school. Then another day passed. Soon people started making up stories about him. Some said he was suspended, others said he transferred schools. When he finally came back, he acted the same as always—laughing and joking. But something still felt wrong.

During lunch, I asked him quietly, “Are you actually okay?”

He looked at me for a few seconds and then said, “I don’t think anyone has asked me that before.”

He told me he’d been having panic attacks and was scared people would think he was “crazy,” so he pretended to be happy all the time.

I didn’t know what to say, so I just listened.

A few weeks later, he started talking to the school counselor and slowly began feeling better. That experience taught me something I’ll never forget: people can smile, laugh, and look completely fine while secretly struggling inside. Sometimes, the kindest thing you can do isn’t give advice—it’s simply listen.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
