The voice they once underrated (ENGLISH)
<p>Hmmm</p><p>How disheartening it is to speak but never listen to </p><p>Loud yet unheard </p><p>How painful it is to see those who took time to study me being sidelined like I'm not worth the while </p><p>This is My story...........</p><p>I am English a niche that has the power to unleash potential</p><p>A language that has existed for ages yet enstranged</p><p>I bridge cultures but I'm accused of breaching it </p><p>I spoke in Parliament, I whispered in streets</p><p>My words built Nations but my worth was incomplete </p><p>In classrooms I was a tool, a mere tool</p><p>In villages I was an unwanted stranger which was suppressed in anger </p><p>But all these happenings were as a result of a misconception which was nursed from inception and is a need of urgent correction </p><p>But today as I speak I am more than a voice that makes the world rejoice </p><p>My words now echo beyond the pain of rage cuz the voices they once underrated and now screaming and the world listening of course </p><p>I am English </p><p>A language that distinguishes </p><p>A language that garnishes the thoughts and polishes to finish </p><p>A course that is a passport to a better resource </p><p>A course that leads to a lucrative source </p><p>A course that guarantee steady flow of force </p><p>A course that opens doors to a global discourse </p><p>A course that builds a very great career...... of course </p><p>I am much more than what people thought I was </p><p> I am English</p><p>So choose English today choose relish</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
