I stood in front of the mirror, my eyes tracing the curves of my body. The reflection staring back at me was familiar, yet foreign. It was as if my body had become a separate entity, one that I no longer recognized. The number on the scale had been creeping up, a constant whisper in my ear, reminding me of the weight I had gained over the past few months.

It wasn't like I hadn't noticed the changes. I had. I just hadn't done anything about it. School had been tough, and by the time I got home, the last thing I wanted to do was cook a healthy meal or hit the gym. Fast food and Netflix had become my go-to 😬.

But that changed one day when I fainted in class 🤑. I had been feeling dizzy for hours, but I had ignored it, thinking it was just stress from exams. Wrong. The teacher rushed me to the nurse's office, and the verdict was in: low blood sugar and dehydration. Not exactly the wake-up call I needed, but it was what I got 🤦♀️.

The doctor's words still echoed in my mind: "Your BMI is borderline, and if you don't make some changes, you're at risk for serious health issues." Ouch. That was the push I needed. I started small – cutting back on junk food, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and trying to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day 🚶♀️.

It wasn't easy. There were days when all I wanted to do was crawl back into bed and binge-watch TV shows 🍿. But I kept reminding myself why I started. I wanted to feel better, to have more energy, and to take control of my health 💪.

The journey's far from over, but I'm learning to listen to my body. I've discovered a love for yoga and cooking healthy meals 🌿. It's not about being perfect; it's about being better than yesterday. And on days when I slip up (because let's be real, I will 😅), I'll remind myself that progress is not linear.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
