When Patience Start to Hurt
<p><br/></p><p>There comes a time</p><p>when waiting stops feeling like patience</p><p>and starts feeling like pain.</p><p><br/></p><p>You smile and say,</p><p>“Everything will be fine,”</p><p>but deep inside,</p><p>you are asking,</p><p>“How much longer?”</p><p><br/></p><p>You have waited.</p><p>You have prayed.</p><p>You have tried again and again,</p><p>yet somehow,</p><p>nothing seems to move.</p><p><br/></p><p>You watch others arrive</p><p>at places you have been praying to reach,</p><p>and you wonder,</p><p>“God, when will it be my turn?”</p><p><br/></p><p>Sometimes,</p><p>the hardest part isn't the waiting—</p><p>it is watching time pass</p><p>while your dreams remain in the same place.</p><p><br/></p><p>But perhaps the delay</p><p>is not a denial.</p><p>Perhaps some things are taking longer</p><p>because they are being prepared</p><p>for a version of you</p><p>that is still growing.</p><p><br/></p><p>So cry if you need to.</p><p>Rest when you are tired.</p><p>Admit that you are exhausted.</p><p>Patience does not mean</p><p>you never get tired.</p><p><br/></p><p>It means that even when your heart whispers,</p><p>“I can't do this anymore,”</p><p>a small part of you still believes,</p><p>“Maybe tomorrow will be different.”</p><p><br/></p><p>And maybe it will.</p><p><br/></p><p>So don't give up</p><p>just because the journey is taking longer</p><p>than you imagined.</p><p><br/></p><p>Some flowers bloom late.</p><p>Some dreams take time.</p><p>Some prayers need seasons</p><p>before they become testimonies.</p><p><br/></p><p>You are not forgotten.</p><p>You are not behind.</p><p>You are simply still becoming.</p><p><br/></p><p>And one day,</p><p>you may look back at this season</p><p>and realize—</p><p><br/></p><p>the waiting didn't break you.</p><p>It built you.</p>
