Your Brain Can Lie to You Without You Noticing 🧠
<p>Have you ever remembered something so clearly… only to find out later that it didn’t happen exactly the way you remembered it?</p><p><br/></p><p>That’s because memory isn’t a recording.</p><p><br/></p><p>Every time you remember something, your brain rebuilds the event. And while doing that, it can quietly add details, remove others, or change how you felt about what happened.</p><p><br/></p><p>That embarrassing moment from years ago?</p><p>That conversation you’re sure happened exactly that way?</p><p>Your brain may have edited parts of it without you ever realizing.</p><p><br/></p><p>The scary part?</p><p><br/></p><p>You can genuinely believe a false memory is real.</p><p><br/></p><p>So next time someone says, “That’s not how it happened,”… maybe don’t be so quick to call them a liar. 👀</p><p><br/></p><p>Your brain might have already rewritten the story.</p>
