<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>She: The kiss that doesn’t feel like desire but more like, I am home.</p><p>Only she knew it was meant to be a thought.</p><p><br/></p><p>He looked at her for a second too long.</p><p>Like that sentence had somewhere to stay inside him now.</p><p><br/></p><p>He: That’s a dangerous thing to say at 2 a.m.</p><p><br/></p><p>She smiled against his mouth.</p><p>Sleepy. Mean a little.</p><p><br/></p><p>She: Why?</p><p>He: Because now I don’t wanna leave.</p><p><br/></p><p>Silence again.</p><p>Warm silence.</p><p><br/></p><p>Her fingers curled lightly into his hoodie.</p><p><br/></p><p>She: Then don’t.</p><p><br/></p><p>He laughed softly.</p><p>Not because it was funny.</p><p>Because she said it too easily.</p><p>Like she didn’t realize what those words could do to someone already weak for her.</p><p><br/></p><p>The rain got heavier outside.</p><p><br/></p><p>He brushed his nose against hers once.</p><p>Twice.</p><p>He: You know what your problem is?</p><p>She: Hmm?</p><p>He: You say things that make people fall in love with you accidentally.</p><p><br/></p><p>Her smile faded just enough for him to notice.</p><p><br/></p><p>She: And if it’s not accidental?</p><p><br/></p><p>That one stayed between them.</p><p>Close. Dangerous.</p><p><br/></p><p>Then she kissed him again first this time.</p><p><br/></p><p>Slow.</p><p>Like she already knew he’d kiss back before he even moved.</p><p><br/></p><p>He : And sometime around 3:17 Am. </p><p>He realized this was the first time someone had ever felt less like chaos and more like peace 🤭</p><p><br/></p>
